You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. toto70 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact toto70 support immediately and change your password without delay.
All toto70 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Amounts displayed throughout the Platform use standard Indonesian Rupiah notation.
toto70 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is required before a Member may process their first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent time at toto70's discretion.
To complete KYC verification, Members must submit one or more of the following documents as requested:

Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, which will restart the review period. During pending KYC review, deposit and gameplay functions remain available; however, withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Refusal to cooperate with an enhanced verification request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the toto70 cashier interface. toto70 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which toto70 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — including family members — will be reversed and may trigger an account review. toto70 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund an Account.
If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your toto70 balance within 30 minutes, you must contact toto70 support with your transaction reference number, payment method, amount in IDR, and the date and time of the transaction. toto70 will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within one business day of receiving sufficient proof.
To request a withdrawal, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) not breached any provision of these Terms. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions will be placed on hold pending resolution.
toto70 processes withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) on the same business day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals typically credit within minutes of processing; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one additional business day depending on interbank clearing.
Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, toto70 may request a nominated bank account in the Member's name registered with one of toto70's supported Indonesian banks.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method and Member verification tier. toto70 reserves the right to apply enhanced withdrawal review to requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with typical account activity, or otherwise flag as requiring additional scrutiny.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by toto70 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, and expiry periods that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered at the applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. Wagers placed on certain game types — including, but not limited to, certain low-margin table games, specific togel draw products, or any game explicitly excluded in the promotion's terms — may not count toward wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.
toto70 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a return regardless of outcome; exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems; and any coordinated strategy designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where abuse is identified, toto70 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Member's Account.
toto70 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, provided the Member is acting in good faith and in compliance with the offer's stated terms.
toto70 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where: (a) the Member is believed to hold privileged information relevant to the event; (b) the Wager appears to be part of a coordinated suspicious betting pattern; (c) the odds or market was published in error; or (d) the Wager exceeds the applicable maximum stake for that market.
A Wager will be declared void and the stake returned if: (a) the event is cancelled without a result being determined; (b) the market was offered in error and no outcome could reasonably be attributed; (c) the event occurs outside the qualifying period specified in the market rules; or (d) both competing parties agree to a result that contradicts the natural conclusion of the event.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full return to be paid. If one or more selections are voided, the void leg(s) are removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue at adjusted combined odds. Where an entire accumulator is reduced to a single selection following voids, it is treated as a single-event Wager at the odds applicable to that selection.
In-play markets are offered subject to data-feed availability. toto70 shall not be liable for any delay between the real-world event and the in-play market update. Bets accepted during a period in which the Platform's data feed was demonstrably delayed beyond normal latency may be voided at toto70's discretion following investigation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto70 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal referral:
toto70 may suspend a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. During suspension, the Member will be unable to deposit, withdraw, or place Wagers. toto70 will conduct a review and notify the Member of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting toto70 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their nominated payment method within five business days, subject to KYC completion.
Members who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. toto70 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (for which advance notice will be provided where practicable), emergency technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond toto70's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, or regulatory interventions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto70's aggregate financial liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any individual Wager shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event or circumstance giving rise to the claim.
toto70 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational harm, howsoever arising and regardless of whether toto70 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures supplied by toto70's third-party game studio partners. toto70 does not influence game outcomes and shall not be liable for any technical malfunction in a game that occurs outside toto70's direct infrastructure. In the event of a provable system fault, toto70 will work with the relevant studio to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include voiding the affected round and returning stakes.

If the Member remains dissatisfied, they may seek independent resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's licensing framework.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes between toto70 and any Member must be brought on an individual basis. No Member may bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim against toto70.
